Spring Happy Hour Drinks

Moscow Mule

vodka, lime, ginger 

• 1.5 oz Vodka
• .5 oz Lime Juice
• Build in collins glass, fill with ice and top with ginger beer
• Garnish with lime wheel

Tom or John Collins 
gin or bourbon, lemon, soda

B & E Spritz
pimm’s blackberry, elderflower, organge, soda

• 1.5 oz Pimm's B&E
• .5 oz Orange Juice
• 3 oz Soda
• Build in a tulip glass
• Add pimm's b&e, orange juice, top with soda

Firing Squad

tequila, lime, grenadine, bitters

• 1.5 oz Cimarron tequila
• .75 oz Lime juice
• .75 oz Grenadine
• 2 dashes Angostura
• Add all to a shaker tin.  Shake until cold.  Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
• garnish with lime wedge

Americano

campari, sweet vermouth, soda

• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Dolin Rouge
• 2 oz Soda
• Build in a glass.  Add Campari, sweet vermouth, top with soda
• garnish 1/2 orange wheel

Gold Rush

bourbon, lemon, honey

• 1.5 oz Buffalo Trace
• .75 oz Lemon Juice
• .75 oz honey
• Add all ingredients to shaker with ice.  Shake until cold.  Fine strain into chilled coupe
• garnish lemon wheel
