Remember that delicious Daily sausage made with chicken and the 512 pecan porter? The sausage has made it's return in meatball form. The meatballs are paired with accoutrements that compliment each other while boasting unique profiles of their own.

The Chicken Meatball small plate is composed of three, one ounce chicken meatballs, topped with candied pecans, goat cheese, and a green tomato relish.

Chicken Meatball: chicken thigh/pork fat, pecan, onion, chili flake, pecan porter, & lemon zest


Green Tomato relish: green tomato, garlic, sugar, cane vinegar

Candied pecans: poached in simple and fried in peanut oil
