Description: Our American Strong Ale uses American two row malted barley and the darkest caramelized
malts available. It is extravagantly hopped with four robust whole cone American hops; 81% of which are
added to boil during the last fifteen minutes!
The beer is named after Heather’s two biggest fears in life (besides light beer and alien abduction).
Flavor holds dried fruits, raisins and figs mostly, brown sugar, roasted malts, some alcohol and a little hoppy touch.
Full-bodied, lightly warming and with a pleasant carbonation level. Lasting finish with roasted malts,
caramel and dried fruits.
ABV: 7.6%
