Components of Dish:

-Dewberry Hills Farm Chicken breast - pan roasted in canola oil

-Rose garlic from Fruitful Hill farm are peeled and glazed with butter and water, pureed, and strained to be smooth 

-Zucchini and yellow squash from Fruitful Hill farm are seared to order 

-Cherry tomatoes from farm to table are blistered in a pan with very hot canola oil, rosemary and thyme from our garden 

-The two above are tossed with a chiffonade of romaine hearts and a rosemary lemon vinaigrette. 

-The plate is finished with rosemary EVOO made by infusing our garden rosemary with EVOO.
