Chocolate Cake: This addition to the dessert menu features rich chocolate and pecan flavors. The Meringue is put in a small cast iron and hit with a torch. Chocolate cake pieces are placed in the cast iron along side a quenelle of pecan porter ice cream. The dish is finished with a pecan syrup.Components of dish:
