Components of dish:
Blood sausage has a small amount of cream and egg in it along with onions that have been cooked in butter and fatback. The sausage has been smoked and is seared in a pan on pick up. The greens are a mix of mustard/collard greens that have been braised in butter and white wine with onions. Grilled baguette from Easy Tiger.
