**New version - Country Pate**
Ground pork, pork fat, cream, eggs, chicken liver, aleppo, cumin, black pepper and allspice.
All ingredients listed above are folded into meat mixture. Then placed in a terrine mold lined in caul fat and baked in a water bath.
Served with pickled breakfast radishes. Radishes are pickled with garlic and thyme.
Orange marmalade - made with orange zest and flesh, lemon, sugar and white wine vinegar.
