Sliced chicken sausage served over stewed field peas (black eyed peas) with crimini mushrooms in a tomato broth.

Chicken sausage - chicken, pork fat, black/white/pink pepper, brown & yellow mustard seeds.

Blacked eyed peas are stewed with crimini mushrooms, garlic, jalapeno, marjoram and tomato juice.  Served in a warm cast iron with a spoon.
