Whipped Ricotta - GELATIN/DAIRY
housemade ricotta mixed with cream, simple syrup, salt, and gelatin. We then whip it in the mixer to lighten it up.
Watermelon - Compressed in the cryovac machine to make a more dense texture.
Honeydew - Compressed in vanilla simple syrup.
Raspberry - Fresh
Lemon Pound Cake - EGGS/DAIRY/FLOUR
Flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, butter, eggs, lemon zest, sour cream.
Spearmint - Fresh
Cantaloupe Sorbet-
Simple syrup, cantaloupe, lemon juice
