dry, spice, refeshing
This very light-colored Rhône rosé smells sweet and peachy, but on the palate, it's dry and makes me think more of watermelon or fresh berries. There's also some spice flavors. The acid in the wine is nicely integrated, making it refreshing throughout, without ever being harsh or biting.
It's a Grenache/Cinsault/Syrah blend. The figs in the name and on the label refer to the fig and cherry groves surrounding the vineyards.
