The pork terrine is made up of a majority pork with some beef. It is wrapped with bacon and cooked in a water bath standard to our pates and terrines.
It is sliced and seared on the plancha to order. Served over creamy polenta with crispy parmesan bacon crisps.
It is a lovely warm charcuterie item.
