A few notes on our Summer '16 menu refresh
1.5 Buffalo Trace
.75 lemon
.5 simple
3+ leaves muddled basil
Rocks
Shake and dump
Topo top
Garnish with basil sprig
Refreshing and herbal - these are wonderfully easy-sipping. The warmth of the bourbon comes through nicely.
Russian Romance
1.5 Sobieski
.75 lime
.75 mint simple
.25 cucumber
dash of orange flower water
pinch sea salt
Collins
Shake and dump.
Garnish with Orange zest wrapped around straw.
A lighter, sweeter spin on Juliet+Romeo, a new classic. This takes it
Death in the Gulfstream
2 oz Bol'sGenever
1 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
3 dahes Angostura bitters
Collins
Shake all except bitters strain over ice.
Top with bitters.
Garnish with mint sprig and lemon half moon
A take on a classic Hemingway cocktail. Malty and slightly bitter, this is certainly more spirit forward than the other new additions.
