"The British Royal navy traversed countless foreign land in the 18th century, discovering many exotic spices and ingredients. These regional delicacies were often used to develop the wonderful flavors in Gin, each expressing their own sense of terroir and personality. Old Highborn Gin, like the voyages of the Royal Navy, is an exploration of the many tastes of Texas terroir. including Texas grapefruit, a blend of Texas Junipers, and other unique flavors of the lone star state. Old Highborn is a dry Gin with a truly unique Texas taste. Pot stilled to retain the best flavors, Old Highborn is an homage to the regality, exploration, and influence of the London Dry Gina."

Old Highborn Texas Gin
Our new house gin is made locally as a collaboration between Genius Gin and local craft bartenders. Local juniper gives a boost to this botanical forward gin and a clean citrusy finish rounds out the taste.
