Austin Beerworks celebrated their 5th anniversary the week before we celebrated ours. Cute, right? In honor of their half-decade they crafted this Mexican-style lager. It pours a light, golden clear. This is the Platonic ideal of a river-floating beer. Drinks like the best Modelo ever. Should be served with a lime wedge and you would not be remiss in including a salted (or even chili-salted) rim.
