potatoes are cut like waffle chips, brined with leftover dill pickle
brine and fried in peanut oil. They are seasoned with salt mixed with
pickle spices including coriander, mustard seed, dill seed, allspice,
bay leaf and vinegar powder.
The Sour Cream and Onion sauce is creme fraiche mixed with charred yellow onion and house made garlic powder.
