Well.... this pretty much sums this up!
Contratto has an amazing natural flavor and is a lot gentler than both Campari and Aperol.
We have created a spritz for the Happy Hour menu consisting of:
1 1/2 oz Contratto
1/2 oz lemon
1/2 oz simple
50/50 topped with sparkling & topo chico
built over ice in a tulip
Extremely refreshing cocktail perfect for late summer!
