This is one of my favorite cold weather beers. Our friends over at Austin Beerworks teamed up with local coffee roasters Cuvee Coffee and made this dark, delicious, RICO stout, which obviously stands for Russian Imperial Coffee Oatmeal Stout. Although coffee is the main ingredient in this beer, only drinking about 40 of them would give you that coffee cup's worth of caffeine. ABV: 7.9%
Review: Dark black with tan head. Smell is strongly of coffee, dark chocolate and cream. Taste is dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, and cream. Rich mouthfeel with slightly prickly carbonation. Awesome imperial coffee oatmeal stout. These guys make fantastic beers.
