Description: Drawing inspiration from all over the globe, our Thai Style White IPA is an artful combination of uncommon, yet carefully chosen ingredients. Brewed using Belgian Wit yeast, hopped like an American IPA and infused with seven Asian-inspired spices, this beer is far from traditional. The sharp, juicy citrus notes of the hops interplay with the unique Thai spice blend to create an unexpected, one of a kind refreshment.

ABV: 6.5%

Review: Can. Belgian yeast aroma with citrus notes as well as other spices including basil, coriander, and lemongrass. Pours clear golden colored with a large, soapy white head with good retention and lacing. Starts Belgian yeast and wheat flavors with lemony citrus in there as well. Finishes a little dry but quite smooth for an IPA with all of the aforementioned spices as well as a strong ginger presence as well. Excellent, well balanced IPA with a different twist.
